1 1/3 Cup Butter
3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
1/4 Cup Orange Juice
4 1/4 Cup Flour

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl with electric mixer at medium speed, cream butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy; beat in egg yolk and orange juice. Reduce speet to low and beat in fliur until well mixed.

Chill Dough about 1 hour.

Roll Dough out and used cookie Cutters.

Bake at 350º - 10 to 12 min.


This basic dough recepe was probably handed down to Edith form her mother. Edith was raised on a farm just outside of Huntsville, Randolph County, Missouri, USA.
