Crust:
1 1/2 sticks butter
1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. pecans (chopped)

1st layer:
8 oz cream cheese, room temp
2 c. powdered sugar or splenda
1 1/2 c. whipped topping

2nd layer:
3 (1 oz) pkgs pistachio pudding
4 c. milk

3rd layer:
8 oz whipped topping
1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs or nuts

Crust:
Mix butter, flour and pecans together and pat into a 9x13in baking pan. Bake at 375º for 15 min. Cool.

Layer 1:
Mix cream cheese a sugar until smooth fold in whip topping until well blended. Spread over bottom of cooled crust.

Layer 2:
Mix pudding and milk together. Pour over cream cheese mixture.

Layer 3:
Spread cool whip over top of pudding mixture and sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs or nuts.
