1 cup rice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 1/4 cups water
1 Tbs. butter
1 cup unpacked brown sugar
2 cans canned milk
raisins (if desired)
1 tsp. cinnamon
dash nutmeg
2 or 3 beaten eggs into warmed mixture

Directions:
Directions:
To make rice, combine rice, salt, water and butter. Add to remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat until desired thickness. May want to add another can of milk after pudding has cooled.
