1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup salad oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Beat eggs; stir in milk and oil. Mix in remaining ingredients, just until flour is moistened. Batter should be lumpy. Bake at 350º until desired brownness. Good with chocolate chips mixed in too!
