Ingredients:
any kind of roast
garlic salt
lemon pepper
potatoes
carrots

Directions:
Directions:
Place any kind of roast (beef, turkey, pork, etc.) in uncovered pan and cook at 450º for five minutes per pound to sear the meat. Season with garlic salt and lemon pepper. Add a small amount of water to the bottom of the pan and then put on a tight lid and turn the heat down to 225º-250º for several hours (5 or 6 hours, depending on the size of the roast). The meat just falls apart! Potatoes and carrots can be added just after the meat is seared and will not overcook if enough moisture is in the bottom of the pan.
