Ingredients:  
1 1/4 cups flour
1 cube butter or margarine (melted)
1 cup chopped nuts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 medium Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar
1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 large pkg. chocolate instant pudding
3 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 medium Cool Whip
1 pkg. slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Crust: flour, butter or margarine and chopped nuts. Press in bottom of pan and bake at 375º for 15 minutes.

1st Layer: cream cheese, 1 medium Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Blend well and spread on cooled crust.

2nd Layer: puddings, milk and vanilla. Spread on top of first layer.

3rd Layer: spread 1 medium Cool Whip on top of 2nd layer and toss the slivered almonds on top of the Cool Whip.
