Sliced apples to fill 7 x 11 pan
1/2 c sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c margarine
1 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Peel & slice apples to fill 7 x 11 or square pan.
Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over apples.
Combine brown sugar and margarine and flour until mixture is crumbly. Spread over apples.
Bake 325º for 1 hour.

From Anne: I have this recipe too but it looks like it is doubled. 1C. white sugar, cinnamon to taste. 2 C. flour, 1 C. oleo and 2 C. Brown Sugar. Same directions. Double works well in a 10x13 pan.
