1 whole chicken
2 cups Ritz crackers
1/4 cup wesson oil or crisco oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Skin chicken and soak overnight in salt water. Drain. Dip in wesson oil and roll in Crushed ritz crackers,.Sprinkle with salt , pepper and paprika. (use blender to crush crackers) Line baking dish with aluminum foil---No mess.
Bake in 350º oven for 1 hr.
