3 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup sugar
5 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1/8 cup sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry pie filling
paper cups (size #5 or #6)
mini tart pan

Batter instructions: cream together the following ingredients: 3 8oz. pkgs. of cream cheese and 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla. Add 1 cup of sugar and 5 eggs. Continue to cream mixture. Once well blended fill batter into the paper cups in mini tart pans. Fill to the top. (tarts will puff up while baking but will sink when taken out of oven which will provide room for topping. Bake batter for 20 min at 350 degrees.

Topping Instructions: mix together 1 cup of sour cream, 1/8 cup of sugar and 1/2 tsp of vanilla. When well mixed add topping mixture to the top of each tart. Do not cover tart completely. Once complete bake for an additional 5 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool tarts. Once cool top with pie filling. Cherry pie filling freezes the best.
