1 1/3 cup flour
2 Tbsp sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c.veg. oil
2 Tbsp milk

4oz cream cheese
1/2 cup powdered sugar

1 big peach smashed
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup sugar

4-5 peaches ,peeled, cut up

Small cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first ingredients together and press in a pie plate or a square pan. Bake at 425º for 12 minutes until it is golden. Let cool completely.

Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar together and spread on cooled crust,

Cook peach and cornstarch, lemon juice and sugar on stove until it is thick and clear. COOL

Mix the sliced peaches in with the cooled smashed mixture. Layer on top of cream cheese mixture and top with a layer of cool whip. serve cold.

This is really yummy and pretty. Great dish for fresh peaches.
