1/2 lb. Cheese Cubed
3 Hard Boiled Eggs
3 Pimentos (1 jar)
1 tsp. Salt

1 T. Flour
1/2 C. Cream or Half and Half
1 Egg Beaten
1 T. Vinegar
1 T. Sugar
Directions:
Directions:
Grind the cheese, eggs pimento and onions together. Add salt. Heat cream, beaten egg, vinegar and sugar and thicken with flour. Add to above cheese mixture. Spread on Homemade Rye Bread. Yum!

Mom would make this at times to put on the warm rye bread when it came out of the oven.
