1 3 oz pkg lime Jello
1 - 2 avocados
1 c hot water
1/2 c evaporated milk, chilled to ice cold

Directions:
Directions:
Place small mixing bowl in freezer with evaporated milk in it (unopened if easier). Mix Jello in hot water, place in fridge to chill. Peel just ripe avocados, splash with lemon juice if you have it, mash with fork fold into Jello while it is still soft. Leave it out of fridge and beat the evaporated milk with rotary or electric mixer still thick like whipped cream. Fold milk into soft jello and avocado mix. Pour into glass bowl or Jello mold. Eat within a day or two. Avocados will turn dark and cream will weep eventually.
