2 Tb Ghee
1 tsp black mustard seeds
1/2 cup grated coconut
1 cup plain yoghurt
1 tsp salt
1 medium ripe, firm banana cut into 1/4 inch rounds
1 tsp finely chopped cilantro.

Directions:
Directions:
Heat ghee in small heavy skillet over moderate heat,
until a drop of water flicked into it sputters instantly,
drop in the mustard seeds and when they start to
crackle and burst, stir in the coconut.Stir for a minute
and then remove from heat and stir in two tablespoons
or so of the yoghurt. Place the rest of the yoghurt
in a bowl, stir in the skillet mix and then salt. Add the
bananas and cilantro, stir gently till well mixed. Cover
and refrig for 1 hour or until well chilled
