6 to 8 slices cooked bacon crumbled
8 mushrooms sliced
1/4 of a chopped onion
3 Tbsp butter
Season salt to taste
2 -3 Tbsp of cooking sherry
1 Tbsp flour
1 cup of whipping cream (not whipped)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon and crumble. Sautee mushrooms, onion, in butter. Add season salt and then add flour. Add cooking sherry and whipping cream.

This is the best sauce over sliced roast beef. It is so tasty and looks nice too.
