1 cup sugar
1/3 cup water
1 Tbsp Karo Syrup
pinch of salt
1/8 tsp. of cream of tartar
2 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
Bring ingredient to a boil. Reduce heat and continue cooking until the mixture forms threads or until it reaches 242 º on a candy thermometer. Using a mix master beat whites and while on high speed gradually pour in the cooked mixture until you get a fluffy marshmallow fluff consistency. Add food coloring if desired.
