Ingredients:  
3 chickens (cut up) or 6 breasts
Crumb mixture:
4 1/2 cups bread crumbs
1 1/4 cups grated parmesan cheese
1 tbsp salt
1/2 cup chopped parsley (optional)
Butter mixture:
1 1/2 c. butter
1 clove garlic (crushed) or garlic powder
1 tbsp Dijon mustard (yellow)
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chickens. Pat dry. Prepare bread crumb mixture. Stir and place in shallow bowl. Prepare butter mixture. Melt butter and add remaining ingredients. Stir well and let cool. Preheat oven to 350º. Dip chicken pieces in butter mixture then roll in crumbs. Put in shallow pan. Pour remaining butter over chicken. Bake for 1 hour or so. Baste twice and turn over once.
