Preheat Oven to 350 degrees

2 Cans Eagle Brand Milk
2 Bananas
1 Box Vanilla Wafers
4 Eggs seperated
1/4 c lemon juice
3 tsp powdered sugar
1/4 tsp cream of tarter

Directions:
Need a corning ware covered deep dish
Crush enough vanilla wafers to cover the bottom. Put whole wafers around the side of the dish. Set aside/

Pour milk into a bowl. Beat in egg yolks one at a time.
Add lemon juice slowly. Beating until thick. Do not over beat.

Pour 1/3 of mixture on top of crushed wafers. alternate bananas mixture ending with mixture.

Beat egg whites with cream of tarter and and powdered sugar til stiff. Put on top of pudding and bake until golden brown.

Refrigerate for 6 hours then serve.
