7 lb. whole slamon, dressed
2 Sticks butter (most burns off)
1 jar (2oz.) dill

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 stick butter and add half jar of dill. Spoon in belly and cover upper side of fish with rest. Let sit 15-30 min. until butter hardens. Flip over on wax paper and repeat for other side. Grill 10-15 min per side. Grill with cover down works best for keeping flames down.
