1- lb. cabbage
8 large mushrooms
1-2 tsp. ginger, dry mustard, garlic
2 eggs beaten in soy sauce
1 bunch green onions
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 lb. meat (any type)

Directions:
Directions:
Chop and combine raw vegetables. Place 2 T. of mixture in egg roll skin. Roll using water to seal. Fry in oil. Serve with sweet and sour and mustard sauces.
