1 lb ground beef
1 medium onion, diced
1 garlic clove, minced
1 T curry powder
1 medium zucchini, diced
1/2 c water
1 1/4 t salt
1/2 t sugar
1/4 t pepper
1 medium tomato, diced
1 9-oz pkg. pita pockets

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, onion, garlic and curry powder until meat is browned and onion is tender. Add zucchini, water, salt, sugar and pepper; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Stir in tomato and heat through. Spoon mixture into warmed sandwich pockets.
