1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 T. Vanilla

Beat cream cheese with mixer until fluffy and smooth. Add sugars and then vanilla. Serve with sliced apples, bananas, grapes, or any other kind of fruit. Great with pound cake too.

I first ate this at my friend Sarah's home as a child. I remember sitting at her kitchen island, raving about how good it was and telling her mom she had to give my mom the recipe. I have continued to love it, and now my kids love it too!
