2-3 cups chopped cooked chicken
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 can chicken broth or 1 can evaporated milk
1 large bag (32 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
TOPPING:

1 stick of butter or margarine, melted
1 cup flour
1 cup milk
garlic powder
dried basil
salt and pepper to taste
cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Spray bottom of 9 x 13 pan and cover with cooked chicken. Mix soup, broth or milk, and mixed vegetables. Pour over chicken. Season to taste with basil, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Whisk together melted butter, flour, and 1 cup milk. Pour over vegetables and chicken. Bake for approximately 60 -75 minutes at 350º.
