3 C. Flour
1/4 C. Sugar
2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 C. Maltex
1 tsp Salt
1 1/2 C. Buttermilk
Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients by hand just until blended. Do not kneed. Place on cookie sheet or 14 inch pizza pan in a circular mound. Flatten to a soft mound. Poke all over with a fork. Dough will be wet. Bake at 425º for 20 minutes. No grease on pan.

This wasn't something we had as kids but Dad made it all the time getting the recipe from someone at Green Hill. He loved it. Guess it was his version of the dry Finnish Rieska. It is good. Gotta get the Finnish in here somewhere!!
