Directions: |
Directions:Bake the fish fillets according to the directions on their package.
Chop all of the taco toppings.
Make the sauce by combining all of the sauce ingredients. (The measurements of the spices are approximate...I usually just add them to taste)
Heat the corn tortillas on a skillet or in the microwave.
To assemble the tacos: put one fish filet in a tortilla, top with shredded cabbage and whichever toppings you like, squeeze some fresh lime juice on the taco, and then pour some sauce on. |

Notes: Scott loves fish tacos, so I tried to figure out how to make the white sauce they put on them. I'm not sure how authentic it is b/c I don't have much fish taco experience, but the recipe is very easy anyway.
