"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Personal Notes:
Other foods are options and can also be served on Christmas Eve. Over the years we have served lutfisk, caviar, shrimp, smoked salmon, ham, and Glogg.( special Swedish drink)
The Warner and Smith families usually gather @ 4PM and enjoy a few light wines, soft drinks, and sparkling Swedish soft drinks from IKEA. A few light snacks are served before dinner.
The Heafy family spends Christmas Eve with Matt's family.
I hope the current generation and the next will be able to continue this family tradition in some way.
