Zucchini Bread Recipe

3 eggs
2 c sugar
1 c oil
3 tsp vanilla
tsp orange extract
2 c grated zucchini
3 c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
tsp baking powder
3 tsp cinnamon
c chopped nuts

Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour two loaf pans. Mix first six ingredients until well blended. Add dry ingredients and mix until combined. Add nuts and mix. Bake for 1 hour until toothpick comes out clean.
