2 lbs. large mushrooms, cleaned and stems cut and
8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
yellow onion, finely chopped
Stems of mushrooms chopped
12 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Cook and crumble bacon, drain grease but do not rinse
pan. Add onion and mushroom stems. Cook until
tender. Add cream cheese; cook until melted. Stuff
mushrooms with mixture, and cover with grated
cheese. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes on cookie sheet.
