4 lb beef pot roast
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
8 small potatoes
8 medium carrots
2 Tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Spray 9"x13" pan with Pam and place large piece of foil (big enough to fold over roast and veggies) in bottom of pan. Place roast in pan. Slice potatoes and carrots and arrange around roast. Mix soup and soup mix and spread evenly over roast and vegetables. Sprinkle with water. Fold foil over and seal tightly. Cook at 300º for 4 hours.
