1/2 lb American cheese
1/4 lb mild cheddar cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp onion, finely chopped
1 T chopped sweet pickles
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Cut cheese into small cubes. Let them stand until soft at room temperature. Blend cheese with an electric mixer adding mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, onion and pickles. Mix thoroughly. Cover with wax paper and let set in refrigerator for 6 hours. Take out, shape into a ball, roll in chopped pecans and parsley flakes. Refrigerate. Serve with snack crackers.
