Cauliflower-Cut up into pieces.
Sauce: 1/2 stick oleo
4 T. flour
2 C. milk
salt and pepper
Velveeta Cheese - approximately 1/2 pound.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Cauliflower in salted water until tender. Put into a buttered casserole dish. Melt the oleo in sauce pan and add flour to thicken. Add the milk to sauce. Add salt and pepper and heat through stirring until bubbly. Add cheese to sauce to melt or add cubes to top of cauliflower. Pour sauce over cauliflower and bake at 350º for 1/2 hour. Sauce does not have to cover the cauliflower.
