3 eggs
1 c. granulated sugar
4 oz. unsweetened chocolate, melted
c. cooking oil
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla
Beat with electric mixer until combined.
2 c. flour
Beat in with mixer as much as you can. Stir in
remaining four.
Cover and chill 1-2 hours or until easy to handle.
Sifted powdered sugar

Shape cookie dough into 1 inch balls. Roll ball in
powdered sugar to coat generously. Place balls on un-
greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes or
until edges are set and tops are crackled. Cool on a
wire rack.
