4 c. finely chopped Granny Smith or other tart apples
(about 2)
1 c. finely chopped ripe pear
½ c. quartered seedless red grapes
½ c. chopped celery
¼ c. walnuts
3 tbsp. orange juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tsp. grated orange peel

Combine and serve.

Baked Cinnamon Chips:
Spray flour tortillas with non-stick spray. (You could use
melted butter insead.) Dust with cinnamon-sugar mix.
With pizza cutter, cut into chip shapes. Bake at 400º for
5 minutes or until toasted.
