Preheat oven to 450º

Pizza Dough:
1 package dry yeast
1 c. warm water
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 ½ c. flour

Mix and knead in mixer 4-5 minutes. Place in greased
bowl and let rise 4-5 hours.

Pizza Sauce/Topping:
As much mozzarella cheese and desired.
6 roma tomatoes, finely chopped
Basil, desired amoun
Salt and pepper to taste
2 T. olive oil
Desired toppings
Mix all ingredients together, except olive oil, in a large
bowl. Roll out dough and put on baking stone. Put
sauce and desired topping on. Drizzle 1 tablespoon
olive oil over pizza.

Directions:
Reduce oven temperature to 400º and bake for 10
minutes or until done. Drizzle remaining 1 tablespoon
olive oil on top when finished baking. Slice and serve!
