6 chicken breasts thawed
Season and brown

Add to saucepan with chicken:
¼ c. veg. oil
¼ c. blanched almonds
1/3 c. raisins
½ c. pineapple tidbits
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. cloves
1 ½ c. orange juice
Cover and simmer on low for 1 hour.

Remove chicken only.
Make a paste in separate bowl:
2 tbsp. flour
¼ c. cold water
Combine and add to saucepan and cook on low heat
until sauce thickens.

Directions:

Serve over rice.
Garnish with avocado slices and orange wedges.
