In small saucepan:
1 cup water
½ cup bulgar
Drain juice from cans of tomatoes.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10
minutes.

In a large saucepan cook on med-hi heat until tender:
½ c. water
3 c. onions, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 large, green pepper, chopped

Stir in:
1 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. chili powder
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
28 oz. tomatoes
15 oz. cooked kidney beans, rinsed
15 oz. cooked black beans, rinsed
Bulgar with liquids
Cover and simmer to blend flavors for 5-7 minutes.

Serve warm and garnish with sour cream, cheese or
fresh cilantro sprigs.
