Sugar Molding
1 c. granulated sugar
2 tsp. water
tsp. meringue powder (for strength)

Knead the ingredients until evenly moist. To color
sugar: Set aside small amount of sugar and
add color. Blend well, then add to remaining white
sugar. To prevent drying, keep covered with damp cloth
until you need it. Press into desired mold.

Painted Sugar Molding
1 c. powdered sugar
2 tbsp. water
1 tbsp. white corn syrup

Mix well and add colors as desired. (It is important that
you stir well before each use.)

These sugar molds are great for a variety of uses. My
favorite are for cakes and cupcake toppers and sugar
easter eggs.
