Graham crackers (regular and cinnamon)
1 egg
1 c. granulated sugar
2 3/4 sticks butter
1/2 c. milk
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 tsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9x13x2 pan with whole graham crackers and
set aside.
Melt 2 sticks of butter and mix with 1
beaten egg,1/2 c. milk and 1 c.granulated sugar.
Bring to a boil, stirring. Remove from heat and add
1 c. graham cracker crumbs,nuts and coconut.
Pour mixture over layer of crackers in pan and top
with another layer of graham crackers. Set aside
Make the topping with 3/4 stick butter (room temp)
2 c. powdered sugar, 1 tbsp. milk and 1 tsp. vanilla
Beat until smooth.
Spread over the top and chill for 2 hrs or more
Cut into squares
