2 lbs. hamburger or ground chuck (separated)
1 med. size canned tomatoes
1 med. size can tomato sauce or paste
1/2 tsp. oregano
Salt and pepper to taste.
2 T. sugar
1/2 tsp garlic salt or minced garlic
2 T Parmesan Cheese
2 diced onions
3 celery stalks diced
1-4oz can mushrooms
1 egg
8 soda crackers crushed
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic salt to taste

Separate hamburger, using 1 lb. in sauce, brown with onions & celery and add rest of ingredients and simmer, adding mushrooms after cooking.
Use remaining 1 lb of hamburger for meatballs adding egg, crushed crackers, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Roll into
1 1/2 in. balls and brown in small amt. of shortening then add to sauce and heat through.
