4 cups flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 cup shortening
2 tsp. salt
water

Directions:
Directions:
Sift dry ingredients into mixing bowl, cut in shortening. Add just enough water to hold together as pie crust. Roll thin and cut into squares or triangles. Deep fat fry in hot oil until brown and puffy. Drain on paper towel. Cut one end off of triangles or make a small hole in one side of square and fill with hot chili or your favorite jam, jelly or honey.
