1-2 Cans of Artichoke Hearts,
3-4 Fresh Garlic Cloves sliced,
1/3 c. olive oil,
1/4 c. Red Wine Vinegar
1/4 c. Balsamic Vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Wash Artichoke Hearts and dry well. Heat frying pan and oil, add sliced Garlic. Fry on med high until there a little brown then add Hearts. Turn hearts and add the 2 vinegars, Caution Be careful it may splatter a bit . Cool and drain a little, Serve at room temp or cool. Molto bene!!
