3 cups flour
2 sticks butter
3 eggs
2 tsp. almond extract
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking powder

Directions:
Mix everything together by hand. Save a little egg mix to put on the top before you put it in the oven. Pour into two greased round pie plates. Bake for 30-40 minutes at 350º.
