1 large can (#303) can crushed pineapple
1 can apple pie filling
1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
1 cube (1/2 cup) butter or marg.
1 c. coconut - optional
1 c. chopped nuts - optional
Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9x13 pan, spread pineapple evenly - spread apple filling on top - sprinkle dry cake mix over top. Melt butter and pour over mixture. Top with nuts and bake at 350º for 1 hour. When done sprinkle coconut on top and return to oven to brown.

This is a good emergency dessert! Ingredients are items you can keep on hand. Serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream. (Think Cool Whip!)
