1 lb each of beef and pork stew meat
Salt
Pepper
Parsley
G. Washington Seasoning
2T (approx)Soy Sauce
2T (approx)Dark Molasses
2C Chopped Celery
3C Sliced Onions
3T Flour
1can Bean Sprouts
1can Chop Suey Vegetables
1-4oz can Mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into small cubes
Brown meat slightly
Season w/salt, pepper, parsley, G. Washington, soy sauce and molasses
Simmer until meat is tender (be patient)
Add:
chopped celery, sliced onion, which have been browned together.
Simmer until veggies are tender.
Add water if mixture is not juicy (or juice from mushrooms and sprouts )
Add mixture of flour and water to thicken slightly.
Add bean sprouts (drained) and chop suey veggies.
Last, add small can of drained mushrooms.
Simmer til hot.
Season to taste. Serve over rice.
