2 1/2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1/2 tsp.salt
2 T. lemon juice
1/2 Tsp. pepper
1 1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 cup Cheddar cheese
Potato chips crushed (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except cheese and potato chips. Toss lightly and spoon into greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese, then with crushed potato chips. Bake at 350º for 15 min. covered, then 15 min. uncovered.

Mildred passed this recipe on to me after having this for lunch at Jingle & Don Wiechens Jr. home in Glendale, Az. Serve with rolls and a salad. Good way to use leftover chicken.
