1½ - 2 lbs round steak
½ - ¾ c soy sauce
1 – 1½ c water
1 – 1½ c bamboo shoots
1 pkg bean sprouts
1 – 1½ c mushrooms
1 – 1½ c diced celery
½ - ¾ c diced onion
1 – 1½ c water chestnuts
2 – 3 bunches fresh spinach

Cut meat in thin strips and brown. Add all else except spinach. Cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add spinach and cook until spinach is soft. Serve with steamed rice.

This isn't one of my "FAVORITE" recipes, but Mom used to make this quite often. She got the recipe from her sister, Marge.
