1 lb. ground chicken or turkey breast
1 pkg. (1 1/4 oz) Dry taco seasoning
4 c. water
1 can (14 oz) Cream of mushroom soup
1 stalk of celery, chopped
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 small onion, chopped
1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix
5 carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
2 lg. potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 c. fat free sour cream
crumbled baked tortilla chips, garnish (optional)

Directions:
Brown meat in large an or Dutch oven. Add taco seasoning and water. Then add mushroom soup, celery, garlic, onion dressing mix and carrots. Simmer covered for about 15 min. Add potatoes, salt and black pepper. Cover and simmer about 30 min. or until potatoes are done. Stir in sour cream, garnish with chips.
