1/3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. paprika
1/8 t. salt
1 Tbsp. dried parsley
6 skinless chicken breasts
1/2 c. oil
1 onion sliced in rings
2 chicken bouillon cubes
3 c. hot water
1 c. sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a gallon plastic bag, place four, pepper, paprika, salt and parsley. Rinse chicken and coat in flour mixture. In a large skillet, heat oil and brown each chicken piece. Place each piece in a 13x9 baking dish. Brown the remaining flour with onion, bouillon and water; bring to a boil. Pour half of this mixture over the chicken; reserve remaining half. Bake covered at 350ºF for 35 min; remove and drain. Heat, but do not boil, reserved sauce and add sour cram. Serve chicken over noodles. Spoon sauce over top and garnish with paprika.
