2 salmon steaks or 1 lb. filet
1 tsp.. butter or olive oil to cover pan
2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. ginger, minced
1 tsp. garlic, minced
Few drops Teriyaki sauce
Salt
Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Heat butter or oil in a large skilled over medium low heat
Add 1 Tbsp. of the parsley, the giner, garlic and lemon juice.
Mix well.
Add salmon steaks and cook about five minutes on each side.
Just before removing the salmon, add a couple of drops of
Teriyaki sauce and salt and pepper to taste.
Turn salmon over to cover both sides.
Serve with lemon slices and sprinkled with the remaining
parsley
