12 slices white bread, cubed
1 pound sausage, browned and drained
2 cups grated cheddar cheese
6 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. dry mustard
3 cups milk

In 8"x10" casserole dish sprayed with Pam, layer bread, sausage, and grated cheese. In a seperate bowl combine eggs, dry mustard, and milk. Mix well. Pour over other ingredients. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300º for 1 1/2 hours.

I make this casserole up on Christmas Eve night to have for breakfast Christmas morning. I usually serve my hashbrown casserole with it. I can mix them up the night before and just put them in the oven when I get up and by the time everyone gets to our house breakfast is ready.
