1/2 c. tomato sauce
1 1/3 c. minute rice
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. water
1 Lb ground beef
1 1/2 c. tomato sauce
1/4 c. chopped onions
2 c. grated cheese
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 tsp salt

1/8 tsp pepper

1/8 tsp oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all crust ingredients. Mix well. Pat into bottom of 9" pie tin.
Combine rice, tomato sauce, salt and water. Mix in 1 cup of cheese, set 1 cup of cheese aside. Spoon rice mixture into meat shell. Cover with foil and bake in a 350ºF oven for 25 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle remaining cup of cheese on top. Bake 10-15 minutes longer. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
